Position Purpose:
The Global Search Analyst is responsible for analyzing data related to On-Site Search with the goal of improving the findability experience for customers and stakeholders. Reporting to Search Product team, the role is responsible for analyzing large data sets and producing insights and knowledge to support key business objectives, decision making, problem solving, statistical analysis as needed, opportunity identification and prioritization.
The individual will be supporting Product, Merchandising and other teams to provide insights supporting key business objectives. Core functions include deep dive analysis on big data sets, solving findability challenges, proactively identifying opportunities, answering questions from stakeholders, and assessing the criticality and impact of issues. The individual will also work with other teams to implement solutions and will assess and report on impacts.
The ideal candidate is one who has experience working with Search, enjoys working with data, is detail oriented, can produce actionable business findings from data patterns, is excited to learn new things, and works well in a team environment, and loves to help others.
