With as many as 40,000 products available in stores across the country, our distribution centres and Stock and Flow Campus (SFC) are crucial to our success.
Distribution centre associates know the details matter when it comes to getting a product into the hands of a customer. That’s why we empower them to feel confident in their ability to handle whatever comes their way.
We are dedicated to provide a wide variety of products to help our customers complete their projects. Some products can be a challenge to keep fully stocked in store – either due to size or demand. Our other distribution centres ensure that these products are easily accessible when our customers need them.
In 2014, we opened the doors to our first Canadian SFC in Vaughan, Ontario. This over 1 million sq. ft., state-of-the-art facility allows us to deliver the right amount of stock and ensures we have the products our customers need. Our SFC associates help receive, sort and distribute products to the stores as quickly as possible. In 2015, we opened a second facility in Calgary, Alberta to meet the growing needs of our customers in the western region.
