  • ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

    Our talented Assistant Store Managers are able to bring out the best in our Associates and develop their most valuable skill sets. Resourceful problem solvers and quick to pick up on trends, they drive the performance of both the store and personnel. They help Store Managers set targets and work with Associates to meet objectives and implement strategies across all departments.

  • DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR

    The best way to lead is by example, and our Department Supervisors are out on the floor every day helping our Associates shine by demonstrating their integrity as they train, manage, coach and evaluate the progress and development of staff. Knowledgeable of every function and position, they know how to perform every job in the department and can fill in when required. An open schedule permits day, evening and weekend availability.

  • STORE HR MANAGER

    Our Store HR Managers are passionate about making The Home Depot a great place to work and dedicated to the well-being and development of store personnel. Through a range of initiatives that include championing HR activities, promoting professional growth, hiring talent and managing performance reviews, they help to build a solid and burgeoning workforce and ensure that all enjoy a healthy working environment. They must be CHRP certified or in progress with 3-5 years HR experience and 2 years management experience.

  • MERCHANDISE EXECUTION AREA SUPERVISOR

    Merchandising Execution Area Supervisors make our products shine on display. Leading and collaborating with their teams, they implement merchandising strategies in store to meet targets, boost sales and improve the customer experience. Great project managers and people managers, they are required to travel daily to different store locations to supervise and train Associates and communicate the directives of the Merchandising Execution Manager.
