“Throughout the years of working at Home Depot, I’ve had the opportunity to grow from an hourly associate to Department Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, and now to my current role as the Regional Asset Protection Manager for Eastern Canada. I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside dedicated asset protection associates who are focused on fostering strong relationships with law enforcement while creating a culture of safety awareness and mitigating shrink in our stores. Our hardworking asset protection associates not only support our stores but also their communities, ensuring that safety and security remain of utmost importance.”
Chris P.
Regional Asset Protection Manager
“I have worked with Home Depot as an Asset protection Specialist for 4 years. What drew me to Home Depot was their core values which have created a unique culture throughout the company. Their values are represented daily and proudly worn on everyone's orange aprons. The success sharing is an added bonus 2 times a year which is a great incentive, along with the extended health program that Home Depot provides. It's by far the best coverage I have had over the years. I have the privilege to do several training courses over the past couple of years which has set me up for a successful transition into other roles for the future. There is always something new to learn and my Direct Manager is always there to support me.”
