Position Purpose:
Works through the requirements gathering, documentation, set-up activities, configuration, testing and user support for SAP application software. This position will also be responsible for hands-on work and under leadership of team lead will work in small cross-functional teams tasked with solving business issues. Will provide technical assistance for specific process and sub-process areas or assigned tasks. Responsible for understanding how to estimate, configure and leverage SAP functionality to meet core business process needs. Interfaces regularly with Business Stakeholders, IT infrastructure & Development teams, to ensure that business requirements are met through proper system configuration. Interfaces with and provides updates to Lead and Manager on a day-to-day basis.
