Position Purpose:
The Senior Manager, Workforce Operations is responsible for driving the development and deployment of programs to ensure consistent Supply Chain Operations across the Division. Focus areas include service, accuracy, productivity, process, supply chain/logistics, and labour productivity enhancements. The incumbent identifies and addresses current or future business issues, develops improvement plans, and collaborates extensively with cross-functional leaders, including senior leadership, Distribution Operators, Network Planning leaders, Technology, and Supply Chain Project Teams.
The incumbent will act as a “Change Agent”, playing a crucial role in facilitating and promoting change within the Supply Chain. They will also partake in developing, implementing, and monitoring new strategies, business processes, procedures, and systems enhancements to improve the efficiency and productivity of the Supply Chain Workforce.
Position Responsibilities:
•    Plan and execute Supply Chain Projects to enhance associate experience and reduce costs.
•    Ensure operational consistency and execution across all Distribution Centres
•    Manage and oversee strategic projects, process improvements, and their Rollouts
•    Identify, Create and help deliver key Supply Chain KPI’s
•    Set goals and action steps for short-term and long-term success in processes and programs.
•    Identify concerns in Supply Chain operations, present solutions, and ensure timely issue resolution.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and external stakeholders critical to success.
•    Identify and Support necessary organizational initiatives and changes
•    Lead and influencing others to accept and enact change
•    Act as a Catalyst for improving systems, processes and Culture
•    Solve complex organizational issues using strategic thinking.
•    Prepare and present insights based on industry, competitive, and consumer data

Experience/Knowledge Required:
•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent is an asset.
•    Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or equivalent certification
•    10+ years of Experience in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Network Design, and Process Improvement
•    Experience in Consulting or leading Change Management in Organization Transformation is an asset
•    Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Operations and Processes
•    Quantitative skills in statistics and data analysis.
•    Excellent leadership and management abilities.
•    Experience managing multiple projects and operational demands.
•    Proficiency in software tools and computer systems.
•    Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
•    Effective communication (written and oral) and presentation abilities.
•    Ability to mentor and lead Cross-Functional Teams
