Mobiliser et engager les associés et leaders

  • Veiller à l’uniformité, à l’équité et à la réalisation détaillée des principales pratiques en matière de relations positives avec les associés et impliquer les leaders : assemblées locales régulières, enquêtes, gestion du rendement, rémunération, santé et sécurité, reconnaissance, politique de la porte ouverte et processus de communication.

Planification de la main-d’œuvre

  • Réaliser un plan de main-d’œuvre annuel pour le magasin comprenant des stratégies en matière de formation multidisciplinaire, de recrutement et de recherche de talents; veiller à ce que la main-d’œuvre du magasin reflète la diversité de la collectivité.

  • Déterminer les besoins courants et futurs en matière de dotation en personnel; organiser et coordonner des foires de recrutement pour le magasin, et y participer.

  • Établir et modifier les horaires du personnel chaque semaine.

  • Mener des discussions sur la recherche de talents une fois par trimestre et être responsable du processus de planification de la relève.

Priorités stratégiques et soutien à l’entreprise

  • Apporter un soutien aux responsables qui participent à la mise en œuvre des initiatives relatives aux changements et relèvent des défis.

  • Échanger sur les tendances de l’industrie et les mettre en pratique pour susciter des initiatives importantes.

  • Étudier les résultats liés à la satisfaction de la clientèle pour déterminer les tendances dans les principaux secteurs d’intervention privilégiés.

  • Participer aux visites hebdomadaires pour encadrer et appuyer les responsables afin d’améliorer les comportements en matière de service et de vente.

Expérience et connaissances requises

  • Posséder trois à cinq ans d’expérience comme généraliste en ressources humaines, un atout.

  • Posséder une connaissance et une expérience dans de nombreux domaines des RH.

  • Être disposé à travailler selon un horaire variable, incluant les soirs et les fins de semaine.

  • Posséder de l’expérience dans le domaine du commerce de détail ou de l’hôtellerie, un atout.

  • Faire preuve d’un esprit d’équipe, posséder de solides aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles et être en mesure d’influencer les autres.

  • Faire preuve d’excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles, être capable de définir les priorités et être centré sur le service à la clientèle.

  • Être un bon mobilisateur
