Les directeurs(trices) adjoints(es) de magasin relèvent du responsable de magasin et sont chargés de la gestion des associés, des ventes, du service client, des normes de sécurité, de la disponibilité des produits, de l'apparence du magasin et de la rentabilité. Chaque directeur(trice) est responsable d’un domaine précis : opérations, opérations de nuit, marchandise ou ventes spécialités. Ils collaborent directement avec les associés pour s'assurer qu'ils possèdent les connaissances nécessaires pour aider les clients, suivre les processus et répondre aux attentes générales liées à leur poste.

Les directeurs(trices) adjoints(es) exercent leur jugement et leur discrétion seuls ou en partenariat avec le/la responsable du magasin, les superviseurs de département et les autres directeurs(rices) adjoints(es) pour gérer le quotidien du magasin. Ils veillent à garantir un environnement de travail sécurisé, à travers la formation à la sécurité, la correction immédiate des dangers et le respect des normes.

Le/la directeur(trice) adjoint(e) des opérations de soir/nuit supervise les opérations de fret pendant la nuit afin de garantir la bonne exécution des programmes de gestion des marchandises. Il collabore souvent avec les responsables de réapprovisionnement pour piloter les processus de déchargement, de mise en rayon et de rangement dans le magasin. Il/elle contribue à l’élaboration de stratégies pour stimuler les ventes et la rentabilité, tout en encadrant le personnel et assurant le bon fonctionnement du département. Il prend des décisions sur la sélection du personnel, la rémunération, les mesures disciplinaires et la gestion de la performance.

Principales responsabilités :

20% - Disponibilité en rayon

Superviser le traitement du fret, assurer le placement rapide et efficace des marchandises, gérer la précision des stocks.

25% - Gestion du personnel

Participer au recrutement, à la formation, à la gestion des performances et au développement des talents.

15% - Sécurité

Garantir le respect des procédures de sécurité, corriger les conditions dangereuses et promouvoir des comportements sûrs.

15% - Ventes & productivité

Planifier des événements, analyser les rapports de vente et résoudre les préoccupations des clients rapidement.

10% - Responsabilités partagées

Ouvrir/fermer le magasin, vérifier les équipements, et coordonner les équipes.

15% - Apparence du magasin

Maintenir les zones communes propres, vérifier la présentation des produits et veiller à l'organisation du magasin.
