The Project Sales Specialist will support customer’s projects from start to finish inclusive of expediting installation, special orders and working closely with stores, vendors, service providers and the field team. Associates in this position will provide the highest level of customer service support to customers where substantial product knowledge and advanced selling skills are critical to success. Project Sales Specialists will assess customer needs and guide customer decisions as well as provide timely follow-ups to ensure sales conversion.

External Candidates: 3-5 years customer experience required, preferably in a sales-driven environment, call centre operations or similar experience preferred.
