Position Overview: 

Askuity is a Toronto-based retail analytics software company operating as an innovative new division within The Home Depot (THD). Askuity’s mission is to enable suppliers and merchants at The Home Depot to make profitable, data-driven decisions and drive real-time execution.   

  

The Community Enablement Specialist will plan and develop scalable content that drives awareness and usage of the Supplier Analytics Program. The Community Enablement Specialist will drive collaboration between Merchandising and suppliers by communicating the value of the Program’s tools and services to multiple audiences. The role will also be responsible for measuring the success of implemented content and making continuous improvements to optimize the user experience.  If you are creative, collaborative, possess outstanding communication skills – and have a proven ability to deliver high-quality content on time, we want to hear from you. 

                                                                                                                         

Key Responsibilities:                                                                                                      

Develop scalable, impactful content that drives awareness and usage of the Supplier Analytics Program  

  • Plan and strategize content by researching audience needs, defining goals, and developing content plans aligned with our strategic priorities and goals 
  • Create engaging, easy-to-understand content (e.g., promotional emails, how-to guides, training videos, and infographics) that clearly explains the value and functionality of the Supplier Analytics Program. 

Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize content strategy 

  • Partner with Customer Success and other internal teams to plan, build, and execute campaigns and content initiatives that align with merchant expectations, reduce support tickets, and promote analytics best practices. 
  • Track content performance, analyze trends, and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness, reach, and clarity of content across the Supplier Analytics Program.

Le spécialiste, Mobilisation de la communauté, planifie et crée du contenu évolutif qui bonifie la notoriété et l’utilisation du programme d’analyse des fournisseurs. Le titulaire du poste favorise la collaboration entre l’équipe du Marchandisage et les fournisseurs en communiquant les avantages des ressources et services du programme à différents publics. Il est également responsable d’évaluer le succès du contenu mis en place et d’apporter des améliorations continues pour optimiser l’expérience d’utilisateur. La créativité, l’esprit collaboratif, des aptitudes exceptionnelles pour la communication et une capacité éprouvée à produire du contenu de haute qualité en temps opportun font partie des qualités recherchées.

 

Principales responsabilités

 

Créer du contenu évolutif et efficace qui bonifie la notoriété et l’utilisation du programme d’analyse des fournisseurs.

·       Élaborer une planification et une stratégie de contenu en effectuant des recherches sur les besoins des différents publics, en définissant des objectifs et en concevant des plans de contenu qui correspondent aux priorités et objectifs stratégiques.

·       Produire du contenu intéressant et facile à comprendre (p. ex., courriels promotionnels, guides pratiques, vidéos de formation et documents infographiques) qui explique clairement les avantages et les possibilités du programme d’analyse des fournisseurs.

 

Collaborer de façon interfonctionnelle afin d’optimiser la stratégie en matière de contenu.

·       Travailler de concert avec l’équipe responsable du succès de la clientèle et les autres équipes internes pour planifier, élaborer et mettre en œuvre des campagnes et des initiatives de contenu qui correspondent aux attentes des négociants, réduisent les dossiers de soutien et favorisent les pratiques exemplaires en matière d’analyse.

·       Effectuer le suivi du rendement du contenu, analyser les tendances et recommander des améliorations pour accroître l’efficacité, la portée et la clarté du contenu dans l’ensemble du programme d’analyse des fournisseurs.
