Askuity is a Toronto-based retail analytics software company operating as an innovative new division within The Home Depot (THD).  Askuity’s mission is to enable suppliers and merchants at The Home Depot to make profitable, data-driven decisions and drive real-time execution.

The Community Enablement Specialist will plan and develop scalable content that drives awareness and usage of the Supplier Analytics Program. The Community Enablement Specialist will drive collaboration between Merchandising and suppliers by communicating the value of the Program’s tools and services to different audiences. The role will also be responsible for measuring the success of implemented content and making continuous improvements to optimize the user’s experience.

This is a hybrid role that requires 1 day per week on-site at our downtown Toronto location.



Position Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the creation of scalable content (e.g. onboarding material, how-to documentation, training videos, infographics, brand messaging, emails) that drives supplier usage, engagement, and satisfaction with the Supplier Analytics Program
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success teams to plan and build scalable training modules to onboard users to the Supplier Analytics Program and reduce support tickets
  • Transform content briefs and requests into deliverables that are well-designed, easy-to-understand and compel recipients to act
  • Write and edit topical learning and thought leadership content to drive product adoption and help users achieve associated business objectives
  • Convey merchants’ expectations and analytics best practices to suppliers by executing campaigns developed with partner teams (e.g. Merchant Engagement, Product, Support, PMO, Operations and Supplier Engagement)
  • Log content output and performance and evaluate trends to recommend improvements to the development, distribution, and measurement of content for the Supplier Analytics Program



What You’ll Bring

  • Experience creating content, including how-to articles, infographics, marketing material, or in-app messages
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment and working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong written communication skills; ability to synthesize complex topics and ideas and explain them in a coherent and understandable way to key stakeholders across different functions
  • Creative and out-of-the-box thinking, with an eye for design. You are open to developing innovative ideas
  • Project management experience - proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
