
Position Purpose: Responsible for providing leadership of the Pro business within designated sales territory by driving sales growth and profitability though account relationships. Monitor key performance indicators for assigned professional customers and meet or exceed financial performance to plan by working with the Senior Manager and other regional/district and store leadership. The Commercial Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for driving growth with our highest spending Commercial Customers (Pro’s) in Quebec and New Brunswick by informing and influencing customers perception of the Home Depot. Educating the Commercial Customer on the value proposition of the Home Depot, highlighting company's products, services and strategically expand their planned and unplanned purchases. CAM’s will be responsible for communicating via telephone, virtual call, email, and in-person meetings. CAM’s will identify ways to leverage our cross functional partners and resources to facilitate annual account growth and continue building the Home Depot Brand by becoming the “Supplier of Choice”.
