The Business Process Lead will support strategic projects and tactical activities related to continuous improvement and maintenance of key processes for retail workforce management and workforce analytics within the Canadian division. The successful candidate will demonstrate competency in business analysis, product management, problem solving, project management, process mapping and managing stakeholder expectations. The candidate will be required to coordinate with internal and external partners to analyze business needs and provide insights and recommendation on process improvement opportunities and industry trends in retail operations.
