Askuity is a Toronto-based retail analytics software company and wholly-owned division within The Home Depot (THD). Askuity’s mission is to enable suppliers and merchants at The Home Depot to make profitable, data-driven decisions and drive real-time execution.


As a Supplier Engagement Business Analyst, you will be a subject matter expert for an assigned department of suppliers within the Supplier Analytics Program. You are tasked with managing onboarding, improving data-literacy, and driving collaboration between THD suppliers and merchants, utilizing the data and tools of the program. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of retail analytics and can leverage that knowledge to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal THD teams and external suppliers. What you will do
  • Drive user engagement by identifying opportunities to help suppliers generate, interpret, and present analytical data and actionable insights
  • Manage the onboarding of new suppliers to the Supplier Analytics Program
  • Demonstrate the Supplier Analytics tools to internal & external partners at all levels
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Product, Support) to build relationships, troubleshoot, and advocate for suppliers’ needs
  • Develop scalable learning modules centered around THD analytics to drive data literacy and actionable insights
  • Execute projects with merchandising partners to align suppliers with reporting expectations leading to improved business results
  • Act as the main point of contact for escalations that impact the user’s experience
  • Manage & report on KPIs such as usage, satisfaction, and business results at the department level

What you should have
  • Corporate retail, merchandising, supply chain, or retail technology Customer Success experience
  • Vendor management and/or client engagement experience
  • Analyst-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel (mandatory) and Salesforce (preferred)
  • Data-driven with a proven record of identifying actionable insights to drive business impact
  • Excellent communication; able to collaborate with all levels of an organization
  • Critical thinking, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
  • Active team player with a desire to collaborate, problem-solve, and strategize in order to contribute to the success of the entire team
  • Continuous learner with a customer-centric mindset
