    What you will do:
    This unique position is a fantastic way to work with Merchandising leaders and learn multiple categories in a short time.   It is a foundational role for any career in retail.
    In this position, you will develop your analytical, leadership and strategic business skills by:
    • Providing financial insights
    • Crafting strategic category and assortment plans
    • Advising Merchants on ideal product assortments
    • Working with Vendors to source innovative products
    • Partnering with several cross functional teams to flawlessly execute
    Who you are:
    We are looking for passionate business leaders with previous planning or analytical experience who:
    • are driven by results and continuous improvement
    • collaborate with their team members and have excellent communication and influencing skills
    • think big by crafting the strategy and understand the details
    • take the initiative to solve a challenge
    • focus on providing fact based insights to guide key decisions
    • are strong multi-taskers that can prioritize to meet business objectives
    • are agile thinkers that can manage in an environment of constant change
     
    What you have done:
    You have an undergraduate degree preferably in Business, Commerce or Finance.   A Masters of Business and Administration and Retail experience is an asset.  You have previous analytical experience and enjoy providing insights from data.   You are skilled in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
