Description du poste:

L’associé, Stationnement, s’occupe de charger la marchandise dans les véhicules des clients et s’assure que l’aire de stationnement est sécuritaire et accueillante pour les clients. Le service à la clientèle et les comportements du modèle Passez à l’ACTion jouent un rôle primordial dans ce poste, car l’associé, Stationnement, est souvent le premier et le dernier à interagir avec les clients qui visitent le magasin Home Depot.


Principales responsabilités:
Assurer la satisfaction de la clientèle

  • Respecter le modèle de service à la clientèle Passez à l’ACTion de Home Depot (accueillir le client, créer un lien et terminer par des remerciements).
  • Veiller à ce qu’il y ait toujours une quantité de chariots suffisante près de l’entrée principale du magasin.
  • Au besoin, poser des questions ouvertes concernant les projets des clients afin de déterminer leur niveau d’expertise et leurs besoins.
  • Aborder les clients pour déterminer s’ils ont besoin d’aide pour charger les produits dans leur véhicule ou leur chariot.
  • Déterminer le meilleur moyen de charger la marchandise de façon sécuritaire dans le véhicule du client conformément à la formation relative au chargement sécuritaire.


Maintenir la sécurité et l’intégrité

  • Veiller à ce que les sorties et les zones de chargement ne soient pas bloquées ou encombrées; balayer le devant de l’immeuble et la zone de chargement du bois d’œuvre et retirer les débris.
  • Respecter toutes les politiques et méthodes relatives à la sécurité et à la prévention des pertes.
  • Utiliser tout équipement en respectant les consignes de sécurité appropriées.

Conditions de travail:

  • L’horaire est variable et peut inclure les soirs et les fins de semaine.
  • L’entrepôt peut être poussiéreux et bruyant.
  • Le titulaire du poste doit être prêt à travailler dans n’importe quelles conditions météorologiques, notamment durant le chargement ou le déchargement des produits.
  • Les portes sont souvent ouvertes, ce qui peut causer des courants d’air et des changements de température à l’intérieur.


Études:

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent.


Expérience professionnelle:

  • Un ou deux ans d’expérience dans le secteur du commerce de détail.
