•  Develop practical workplans with clear owners, milestones, dependencies, risks and decisions required.

•  Maintain momentum through structured follow-up, issue escalation and concise status updates for stakeholders and leadership.

•  Support pilots, launches and process changes from discovery and requirements through testing, implementation and post-launch follow-up.

•  Manage small to medium workstreams independently and contribute to larger cross-functional programs.

Analytics, Reporting and Business Insights (approximately 25%)

•  Extract, validate and analyze sales, inventory, assortment, order, fulfilment and delivery data across SKU, store, market and time-period views.

•  Evaluate assortment productivity and support recommendations for article additions, exits, replacements and inventory opportunities.

•  Identify operational trends, exceptions and root causes, and translate findings into clear business implications and recommended actions.

•  Build and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting, dashboards, trackers and analytical tools that support field and leadership decisions.

•  Use data to support large-order opportunities, inventory planning, delivery performance and continuous improvement.

FDC Assortment, Order and Operational Support (approximately 25%)

•  Coordinate FDC article onboarding through established assortment and master-data processes, including article validation, setup dependencies and readiness tracking.

•  Partner with key teams to coordinate FDC assortment changes and inventory movement.

•  Support stores and field teams with Pro orders by reviewing product availability, fulfilment options, substitutions, delivery requirements and order setup considerations.

•  Investigate and help resolve order, inventory, article, delivery and system issues that may affect sales or the customer experience.

•  Support FDC programs, delivery services and other Pro fulfilment initiatives as business priorities evolve.

•  Support other Pro Experience initiatives and operational priorities as required.

•  Support user acceptance testing, scenario validation, defect identification and rollout readiness for Pro and fulfilment-related enhancements.

•  Gather feedback from stores and cross-functional partners and incorporate it into process improvements and launch plans.

•  Present updates, analysis and recommendations to a wide range of audiences, including field leaders and senior leadership.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies

•  2+ years of experience in business analysis, retail operations, fulfilment, supply chain, merchandising, project coordination or a related field.

•  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

•  Experience leading projects, workstreams or process-improvement initiatives in a cross-functional environment.

•  Ability to manage competing priorities, organize detailed work and maintain follow-through across multiple stakeholders and timelines.

•  Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes, assess operational impacts and recommend practical solutions.

•  Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor communication for stores, business partners and senior leaders.

•  Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, influence without authority and build productive relationships across functions.
