About the Role:
Department Supervisors (DS) are hands-on leaders who coach, train, and inspire associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business results. They oversee multiple departments, support associate development, and collaborate with store management and operations teams to meet business needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire associates to build strong customer and peer relationships
- Ensure department staffing levels meet business needs
- Manage associate performance through coaching, feedback, and recognition
- Review sales and inventory reports to identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain in-stock levels and overhead organization
- Resolve and escalate customer issues as appropriate
- Communicate store sales, events, and promotions through rallies and meetings
- Ensure safety and asset protection standards are followed
