About the Role:
Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) ensure that products are stocked, organized, and properly merchandised to provide customers with the best possible shopping experience. Safety, accuracy, and efficiency are always top priorities. MEAs work on merchandising projects, maintain planograms, and refresh product displays to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Organize, straighten and clean shelves, signage and products
- Build and maintain display material & signage
- Price changes and labeling
- Stock merchandise and ensure inventory accuracy
- Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers
- Provide strong customer service when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail merchandising or working directly for a large-scale retailer
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with web-based applications
- Team-oriented with a focus on achieving goals collaboratively
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Comfortable with heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- Forklift experience is an asset
