Description du poste
Le titulaire de ce poste supervise les activités intermodales quotidiennes du réseau de transport canadien. Pour ce faire, il doit fournir les outils, les analyses et les rapports nécessaires pour aider le directeur ou le directeur principal, Transport, à assurer la visibilité et à soutenir notre réseau de distribution. L’analyste, Transport, contribue aux prévisions relatives aux volumes de transport, à la saisie de données, à la planification du transport et à la rentabilité des chargements tout en maintenant la relation des transporteurs avec le transport ferroviaire.

Principales responsabilités
Élaborer et tenir à jour des applications et des rapports pertinents comme des cartes de pointage des transporteurs et des rapports relatifs aux frais de transport de la marchandise et aux factures.
Veiller à l’examen et à la vérification de l’exactitude des factures dans les trois jours ouvrables suivant leur réception; assurer la tenue de dossiers de l’ensemble des sommaires et factures soumis en fin de mois.
Collaborer avec les transporteurs, les fournisseurs et les magasins afin de résoudre les problèmes liés à l’exploitation, d’apporter les changements nécessaires et de répondre aux besoins à venir, en plus de recommander et de mettre en œuvre des solutions conformes aux objectifs de l’entreprise.
Répondre aux appels et aux courriels des intervenants externes et internes ou les transférer à la personne concernée.
Gérer les données à l’aide de l’exploration, de la modélisation et de l’analyse des données ainsi que des analyses des coûts et des bénéfices, et mettre en application les processus quotidiens liés au secteur de responsabilité.

Sens de l’organisation, souci du détail, esprit d’initiative et aptitude à travailler avec peu d’encadrement.
Solides aptitudes pour la gestion du temps.
Très bonne maîtrise du logiciel Excel et bonne maîtrise des autres logiciels de la suite Office de Microsoft.
