Description du poste : 

Le superviseur des Services aux entrepreneurs et du centre de Location d’outils travaille habituellement selon un horaire variable qui exige qu’il soit disponible le jour et le soir. Les quarts de travail peuvent être prévus n'importe quel jour de la semaine. En plus de bien connaître les fonctions de la plupart des autres postes du magasin et de pouvoir les exécuter, le titulaire de ce poste doit être en mesure d’effectuer les tâches suivantes.

Responsabilités liées au poste :

Nous recherchons des associés qui peuvent mettre à profit leur côté orange de la manière suivante :

  • Former les nouveaux associés, déléguer des projets et des tâches.
  • Soutenir la formation des associés relativement aux politiques et aux procédures.
  • Former, encadrer les associés de son service en matière de service à la clientèle et participer à leur perfectionnement. Encadrer et encourager les associés et leur donner les moyens pour leur permettre de réussir et d'assumer des responsabilités plus importantes en magasin.
  • Donner le bon exemple afin d’encourager une attitude positive chez les associés et un excellent service à la clientèle.
  • Établir des relations avec les clients entrepreneurs, passer du temps au comptoir et dans les allées à la recherche de clients potentiels.
  • Former et informer les associés du magasin au sujet des initiatives concernant les entrepreneurs afin de favoriser et de renforcer l’engagement à l’échelle du magasin.
  • Acquérir des connaissances sur les produits et animer des cours à ce sujet.
  • Passer en revue et rapprocher les rapports sur une base quotidienne, hebdomadaire et mensuelle. Organiser des séances d’information destinées aux associés ou aux clients.
  • Assurer la gestion efficace en matière d’exploitation et de gestion des stocks du service.
  • S’efforcer d’atteindre les objectifs relatifs aux ventes, aux devis et aux comptes de crédit.
  • Travailler de concert avec l’équipe afin de proposer des présentations de ventes aux clients potentiels à l’extérieur du magasin (p. ex., visites de lieux de travail), à l’unique discrétion du DAM ou du DM.
  • Avec l’équipe, mettre l’accent sur l’établisement de relations individuelles avec les clients entrepreneurs et les clients du centre de Location d’outils afin de prévoir les tendances, de stimuler les ventes et de répondre aux besoins des clients.

Expérience et connaissances requises :

L'associé ayant le genre d'orange que nous recherchons devra :

  • Satisfaire aux exigences minimales relatives à l’ancienneté et au code de rendement V2 (ou P3 dans l’ancien système).
  • Être disposé à travailler selon un horaire variable, incluant les soirs et les fins de semaine.
  • Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes en matière de communication et de service à la clientèle.
  • Connaître toutes les politiques, les méthodes et les tâches relatives au service à la clientèle.
  • Démontrer d’excellentes aptitudes en matière de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décisions.
