Pay Range: $100,000 – $130,000

Position Overview:

The Manager, Workforce Operations Analytics will leverage expertise in data sciences and data engineering to drive efficiency and decision-making. With a knack for storytelling, this leader will present and translate complex data insights to senior management while mentoring a high-performing analytics team.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Strategy and Execution

  • Drive the development of advanced analytics to optimize workforce operations.
  • Implement the latest data engineering practices for streamlined workflows.
  • Develop dashboards to visualize operational performance metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

  • Present data-driven recommendations to senior management in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead workshops to communicate strategy and insights.

Talent Development

  • Mentor and develop direct reports, fostering an innovative work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and set developmental goals.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Sciences,  or a related field

Minimum Years of Work Experience:

  • 5 years

Minimum Leadership Experience:

  • 2 years

Certifications:

  • Data Sciences and/or Data Engineering  Certification will be considered an asset

Other Requirements/Assets:

  • Experience with workforce analytics tools is an asset

Responsabilités

Stratégie et mise en œuvre des données

  • Favoriser l’élaboration d’analyses avancées pour optimiser l’exploitation liée à la main-d’œuvre.
  • Mettre en œuvre les principes d’ingénierie de données les plus récents pour rationaliser les flux de travail.
  • Élaborer des tableaux de suivi pour visualiser les indicateurs de rendement opérationnel.

Engagement des intervenants et communication avec eux

  • Présenter les recommandations guidées par les données à la haute direction de manière claire et convaincante.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes interfonctionnelles pour harmoniser les stratégies d’analytique aux objectifs commerciaux.
  • Animer des ateliers pour communiquer les stratégies et les indicateurs.

Perfectionnement des talents

  • Encadrer et perfectionner ses subordonnés dans un environnement de travail novateur.
  • Effectuer régulièrement des évaluations de rendement et définir des objectifs de perfectionnement.
