Position Overview:      
Askuity is a Toronto-based retail analytics software company operating as a division within The Home Depot (THD).  Through our supplier analytics program, Askuity’s mission is to enable suppliers and merchants at The Home Depot to make profitable, data-driven decisions and drive real-time execution.
 
As a Supplier Engagement Business Analyst, you will be a subject matter expert for an assigned department of suppliers within the Supplier Analytics Program. You are tasked with managing onboarding, improving data-literacy, and driving collaboration between THD suppliers and merchants, utilizing the data and tools of the program. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of retail analytics and can leverage that knowledge to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal THD teams and external suppliers. Key Responsibilities:                                                                                                                

Drive user engagement for the supplier analytics program
Identify opportunities to help suppliers generate, interpret, and present analytical data and actionable insights
Manage the onboarding of new suppliers to the Supplier Analytics Program
Demonstrate the Supplier Analytics tools to internal & external partners at all levels
Liaise with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Product, Support) to build relationships, troubleshoot, and advocate for suppliers’ needs

Develop scalable learning modules for the supplier analytics program to drive data literacy and actionable insights
Execute projects with merchandising partners to align suppliers with reporting expectations leading to improved business results
Act as the main point of contact for escalations that impact the user’s experience
Manage & report on KPIs such as usage, satisfaction, and business results at the department level

Minimum Education:                                                                                                               
University/College degree in a related area of study, or equivalent experience.

Basée à Toronto, Askuity est une entreprise offrant une plateforme logicielle d’analyse en commerce de détail qui exerce ses activités en tant que division de Home Depot. Par l’entremise de notre programme d’analyse des fournisseurs, sa mission est de permettre aux fournisseurs et aux négociants de Home Depot de prendre des décisions rentables fondées sur des données et d’assurer l’exécution en temps réel.
 
L’analyste commercial, Engagement des fournisseurs, agit à titre d’expert technique pour un rayon ou un service de fournisseurs qui lui a été confié dans le cadre du programme d’analyse des fournisseurs. Il est responsable de gérer l’intégration des fournisseurs, d’accroître la compréhension des données et de favoriser la collaboration entre les fournisseurs et les négociants de Home Depot en utilisant les données et les outils du programme. Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne qui a fait ses preuves en matière d’analyse en commerce de détail et qui peut tirer parti de ses connaissances pour développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les équipes internes de Home Depot et les fournisseurs externes. Le candidat idéal est un bon communicateur, il est passionné par la production d’un travail de grande qualité afin d’offrir une excellente expérience à l’utilisateur final, et il cherche constamment à améliorer ses compétences. 
 
Principales responsabilités
Stimuler l’engagement des utilisateurs dans le cadre du programme d’analyse des fournisseurs.
Cerner les occasions d’aider les fournisseurs à générer, à interpréter et à présenter des données analytiques et des informations exploitables.
Gérer l’intégration des nouveaux fournisseurs au programme d’analyse des fournisseurs.
Enseigner le fonctionnement des outils d’analyse des fournisseurs aux partenaires internes et externes de tous les échelons.
Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles (Marchandisage, Produits, Soutien) afin d’établir des relations, de résoudre les problèmes et de défendre les besoins des fournisseurs.
Élaborer des modules de formation évolutifs pour le programme d’analyse des fournisseurs afin de favoriser la compréhension des données et des informations exploitables.
Mettre en œuvre des projets avec les partenaires du Marchandisage afin d’aider les fournisseurs à répondre aux attentes en matière de production de rapports, qui permettent d’améliorer les résultats commerciaux.
Agir à titre de principale personne-ressource par rapport aux signalements relatifs à l’expérience d’utilisateur.
Gérer les indicateurs de rendement clés, comme l’utilisation, le taux de satisfaction et les résultats commerciaux à l’échelle du rayon ou du service, et produire des rapports.
