ASSOCIÉ(E) À LA LOCATION DES OUTILS

Les associés à la location des outils fournissent un service à la clientèle efficace et posent des questions ouvertes à propos des projets des clients afin de déterminer leurs besoins et leur expertise. Ils travaillent en partenariat avec les différents départements en magasin et servent de référence lorsqu’il est question d’expliquer les étapes et les produits requis pour réaliser les projets des clients. Enfin, les associés à la location d’outils doivent maintenir leur environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire.

Expériences et compétences recherchées

· Doit être apte à recevoir un permis (formation donnée en magasin) pour l’utilisation d’outils et de machines.

· Posséder une bonne base de connaissances dans le domaine des outils.

· Être disposé à travailler selon un horaire variable, incluant les soirs et les fins de semaine.

· Avoir de l’expérience dans un environnement de service à la clientèle où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide.

· Avoir de l’expérience dans un environnement axé sur les ventes est un atout.

· Démontrer d’excellentes aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes et la prise de décisions.

· Pouvoir soulever une charge pouvant peser jusqu’à 23 kg (50 lb), seul ou avec l’aide d’un(e) collègue.

· Porter attention aux détails et faire preuve d’autonomie, tout en sachant travailler en équipe.
