Responsabilités

Veiller au maintien d’une dotation en personnel suffisante au sein du rayon ou du service pour répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise.
Gérer le rendement des associés en leur proposant des occasions de perfectionnement, en leur communiquant les responsabilités et les objectifs, en reconnaissant et en récompensant leurs efforts, et en leur offrant une rétroaction continue.
S’assurer de respecter et de communiquer clairement l’ensemble des normes et des protocoles relatifs à la sécurité et à la protection des ressources.
Passer en revue le registre de livraison pour planifier les besoins en matière de réception et de mise en rayon; entrer les données relatives aux marchandises entrantes dans le système informatique du magasin.
Traiter et préparer les documents pour l’expédition, notamment les lettres de transport, les factures d’expédition et les frais de transport.
Détenir un permis pour l’utilisation d’un appareil de levage à moteur (p. ex., les transpalettes électriques, les chariots pour palettes souples, les chariots élévateurs rétractables, les chariots à poste de commande élevable et les chariots élévateurs à fourche) pour charger les remorques et préparer les commandes.
Offrir un encadrement et une formation sur les moyens de réduire les pertes.
Décharger la marchandise et vérifier la qualité et les quantités : RMP (réception de marchandises préliminaire) et RMD (réception de marchandises détaillée).

Expérience et compétences recherchées
Être disposé à travailler selon un horaire variable, y compris les jours, les soirs et les fins de semaine.
Posséder de solides aptitudes organisationnelles et interpersonnelles, et être doué pour le service à la clientèle.
Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes et la prise de décisions.
Posséder un à deux ans d’expérience à titre de superviseur ou de meneur d’équipe.
