Pay Range: $55,000 - $75,000

Position Overview:  

We are looking for an experienced social media expert to build and manage best-in-class paid social campaigns. The Paid Social Specialist will plan and deliver campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, and TikTok. This role will help in preparing media recommendations, executing campaigns, and providing key insights and findings within The Home Depot Canada’s social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will participate in the development and implementation of all social media programs and will ensure that plans are in line with strategy, as developed by the Marketing and Planning teams.  

                                                                                                           

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution + Management

• Execute paid social media campaigns across various lines of business
• Monitor campaign pacing, delivery and performance making real-time optimizations to deliver on business goals
• Independently troubleshoot set up and delivery errors in ads manager

Data Analysis and Insights                                                                                                             

• Analyze data and communicate proposed media recommendations to Marketing team
• Provide and present weekly, monthly and ad hoc campaign reporting to multiple stakeholders

Strategic Planning

• Work with vendor partners, creative agency, and integrated advertising teams on all facets of social media planning, buying and reporting
• Assist in the development of tactical plans for all paid social campaigns targeting multiple sections of the conversion funnel
• Develop the audience targeting strategy for campaigns using first party and third party signals
• Ensure the creative, audience and media strategy are aligned with the campaign objective
• Stay abreast of the latest offerings from all social media platforms (Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, etc), with a strong focus on innovation and testing

• Strong knowledge of audience targeting capabilities across Meta, Pinterest, Reddit and TikTok
• Experience with product feed implementation, maintenance, and management

• Meta Blueprint desired
