Askuity is seeking a Scrum Master eager to join our growing team. As a member of the Product Development team at Askuity, you will help drive the product development process of our industry-leading analytics platform that has a meaningful and immediate impact on our growing customer base. As our Scrum Master, you will facilitate the Agile process and ceremonies, and collaborate with Product Management, Development, and other stakeholders to ensure continuous delivery of the highest quality solutions to our customers. What you’ll bring:

• Internal Candidates: Must fulfill minimum time-in-position (1 year) and performance management code requirements (M+, Meets Expectations and Consistently Demonstrates)
• 2 – 5 years of experience as a Certified Scrum Master
• Project, product, or technical leadership experience in a software development environment
• Agile methodology expertise, and experience guiding teams on how to get the most out of self-organization
• Experience facilitating collaborative group workshops and problem solving sessions
• Ability to coordinate and plan effectively with other IT Teams within an Enterprise
• Experience using Agile Planning Tools (JIRA, Confluence, Kanban Boards)
• Passion for communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with regularly changing priorities
• Ability to respond to and champion challenges positively, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Strong independent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
