Position Overview:

Askuity is a Toronto-based retail analytics software company operating as a division within The Home Depot (THD).  Through our supplier analytics program, Askuity’s mission is to enable suppliers and merchants at The Home Depot to make profitable, data-driven decisions and drive real-time execution.
 

The Salesforce (Agentforce) Marketing Cloud Specialist will lead the execution and optimization of email campaigns in Marketing Cloud for the Supplier Analytics Program. In this role, you will partner with multiple cross-functional teams to define triggers for journeys and automated communications, manage concurrent projects, and make strategic recommendations based on platform analytics and email performance.                                                                                      

Key Responsibilities:                                                                                                                      

Campaign Execution & Marketing Automation

  • Lead the implementation, management, and continuous optimization of email campaigns, triggered journeys, and automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Partner with the Salesforce Service Cloud team to ensure customer data is properly connected, managed, and segmented across systems.
  • Manage daily platform operations, including system configurations, data requests, A/B testing, and troubleshooting.

Strategy, Stakeholder Alignment & Operations

  • Collaborate with Community Enablement to develop segmented marketing content that drives engagement and usage of the Supplier Analytics Program tools.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders by communicating timelines, scope, potential risks, and performance insights.
  • Establish standardized processes, best practices, and repeatable operational methodologies to scale knowledge across the organization.

  • Technical fluency in AMPScript, HTML, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Audience segmentation, list management, and data hygiene across cross-platform tools.
  • Marketing performance analytics, campaign tracking, A/B testing, and data-driven reporting.
  • Multi-project management and cross-functional team coordination.

Minimum Leadership Experience:

  • 0 years required (Project leadership experience preferred)

Principales responsabilités

Mise en œuvre de la campagne et automatisation du marketing

  • Diriger la mise en œuvre, la gestion et l’optimisation continue des campagnes par courriel, des parcours déclenchés et de l’automatisation dans la plateforme Agentforce Marketing de Salesforce.
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe de Salesforce Service Cloud pour s’assurer que les données des clients sont correctement connectées, gérées et segmentées dans les systèmes.
  • Gérer l’exploitation quotidienne de la plateforme, y compris les configurations du système, les demandes de données, les tests A/B et le dépannage.

Stratégie, harmonisation des intervenants et exploitation
