Job Description

The Manager, RetailMedia+ Analytics, is responsible for developing and executing The Home Depot’s RetailMedia Analytics practice, managing the prioritization and delivery of reports to vendors and providing thought leadership on report design and vendor-specific analytics. This is a hands-on people leadership and client-facing role with responsibilities including building and presenting reports to key external clients and managing a Senior Analyst dedicated to RM+ Analytics. The manager is responsible for providing campaign performance data and insights to The Home Depot’s vendor media partners in collaboration with The Home Depot’s in-house digital marketing teams. The Manager will also collaborate closely with the RetailMedia+ sales team to communicate program returns to clients with analytical rigour and contribute to meeting RM+ sales goals. The RM+ team provides analytics support for vendor pitching, campaign performance analysis, reporting and client presentations. The ideal candidate has extensive experience designing and delivering presentations to external clients, familiarity with paid digital marketing channels (i.e. paid search, display, paid social) and experience with data visualization. The capability to manage multiple tasks to deadline, strategically plan ahead to meet goals, and work in a highly collaborative environment is key to success in the role.

Position Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the RetailMedia+ analytics program, both operationally in execution and in strategically in the measurement and reporting practice
  • Grow The Home Depot’s vendor digital media program by developing relationships with new and existing vendors, communicating the value and return on digital marketing campaigns, and work with sales team to meet sales goals
  • Regularly build and deliver campaign deep dive presentations to vendors that provide client-tailored recommendations and insights for digital marketing tactics and strategy
  • Manage, coach and develop RM+ Senior Analyst
  • Support, manage and enhance regular and self-serve vendor reporting across all RM+ portfolios
  • Support the planning of digital marketing tactics by identifying performance metrics and KPIs, target segments, and delivery of analysis both during and after campaigns
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in presenting to external clients
  • Skilled in developing rapport with external clients and communicating and collaborating with cross-functional internal teams
  • 1+ years of experience as a people leader
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics (i.e. paid search, display/video advertising, programmatic, paid social)
  • Extensive experience with data visualization and in-depth knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Looker)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize deliverables and manage timelines to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of foundational statistical concepts and methods and experience in manipulating and analyzing large datasets is an asset
  • Experience with SQL, Python, Google BigQuery or similar platforms is an asset
