Askuity is a Toronto-based retail analytics software company operating as an innovative division within The Home Depot. Askuity's mission is to to enable The Home Depot’s product suppliers to be proactive, data-driven, and collaborative partners to our Merchants.

Askuity is seeking a Director, Product Management who is driven to build world-class retail sales enablement software. You have a proven ability to lead teams that are responsible for delivering innovative and impactful software solutions in an agile environment. You possess a unique combination of business and technical acumen, a big-picture vision, interpersonal skills, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You are a skilled communicator, working with all teams across the company and working closely with the senior leadership team to set the strategic direction of the organization. You will directly oversee managers of the Product Management, User Experience, and Data Science teams to translate the strategic vision of the company into valuable applications for our users. As a member of the leadership team, you will lead by example for all our Associates, and help build the culture of the organization.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop a product vision and product roadmap that delivers value to all stakeholders
  • Partner with the Director of Product Development in executing on the product roadmap in an agile environment
  • Product advocate and ultimate decision-maker of the Askuity software platform as part of the Supplier Analytics Program
  • Build and manage relationships with teams across the organization to facilitate effective product team partnerships
  • Work with the senior leadership team to align and deliver on key success metrics
  • Develop and mentor your managers and their teams to promote a culture of professional development and career advancement


Experience/Knowledge Required:

  • Proven ability to lead multiple teams and seasoned managers
  • 7+ years Product Management experience in a software company
  • Experience building analytics and collaboration software a plus
  • Experience with retail and the retailer-supplier relationship a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation skills
  • Excellent people management skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • A thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies (Scrum)
  • Experience with agile tools for collaboration and roadmap management
  • Ability to travel when needed
