Pay Range: $55,000 - $85,000

Position Overview: The Specialist, CRM, assists in planning and executing email and personalization initiatives. They will own end-to-end push notification activity from strategy to execution. This role focuses on campaign builds and optimization, coordination, tracker management and reporting to ensure programs are delivered accurately, on time and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Direction

  • Leverage CRM best practices, customer/competitive insights and data to execute personalized marketing campaigns with a focus on email and push notifications

Partnering

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal cross functional teams in production, product, merchandising, creative and marketing to ensure the successful execution of marketing plans
  • Building close working relationships with key business partners

Campaign delivery

  • Partner closely with Merchandise Marketing teams to drive product authority in email and push
  • Support the development and implementation of lifecycle-based marketing programs ensuring that campaigns are briefed, delivered, tested and executed on-time
  • Create marketing briefs/requests and track progress; ensuring projects are delivered on-time
  • Responsible for providing creative feedback in proofing platform (JA)

Analytics and Performance

  • Develop Push Notification benchmark documentation
  • Maintain dashboards and track performance in relation to benchmarks
  • Analyze data to assist in driving business decisions and optimization
  • Support post-campaign documentation by organizing results and summaries

Administration

  • Maintain annual and monthly email and push calendar and communication to key partners
  • Create compelling PowerPoint presentations that tell a story

  • Working knowledge of email and push notification marketing strategies, tools, and best practices
  • Familiarity with email marketing and push platforms and automation tools

  • Proficiency in analyzing data (Excel) and metrics to guide in driving decisions and optimizing campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly to stakeholders and team members
  • Strong multi-taskers that can prioritize tasks to meet business objectives
  • Ability to understand customer needs and preferences, tailoring content and strategies accordingly.
  • Strong ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions quickly
