Position Overview:
A Channel Management Business Analyst (CM-BA) provides key analytics and recommends 
the optimal flow and cost for bringing product to stores and to customer homes. Using a 
variety of analytical tools, CM-BAs are responsible for data management (maintaining
supply chain cost conditions and allowance rates in SAP), analyzing performance, problem 
solving, developing recommendations to support interconnected retailing and support the end-
to-end vendor onboarding process. The Analyst must be a self-starter, detail oriented and 
possess excellent analytical and communication skills. The Channel Management BA is an 
integral individual contributor providing valuable information supporting Merchants/Buyers with 
key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Create and analyze reports to support business decisions.
•    Develop and analyze various network models to determine channel selection criteria.
•    Develop, improve and/or maintain cost estimates, forecasts, and cost models.
•    Establish and maintain communication channels with senior management and 
cross-functional business partners (Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising, etc.)
•    Collaborate with the internal stakeholder group to identify key information and 
decision-making criteria.
•    Prepare and present project details/updates as required.
•    Perform analytics through a combination of data mining, data modeling, data 
analysis, cost/benefit analysis and/or problem analysis.
•    Ad-hoc projects/assignments as required

Minimum Education:
•    University degree in Business Administration, Math, Finance, Industrial Engineering 
or equivalent                            
                                        
Minimum Years of Work Experience:
•    3-5 years of relevant work experience
•    Internal Candidates: must fulfill minimum time-in-position (1 year) and performance 
management code requirements (M+ Meets Expectations, Consistently Demonstrates).

Minimum Leadership Experience:
•    Previous experience in a reporting and analysis function providing business decision 
support.
•    Bilingual in French and English is an asset

Other Requirements/Assets:    

•    Highly proficient and experienced in SAP, Google BigQuery, Alteryx (highly preferred)
•    Superior skills in Excel (large data manipulation, creating complex formulas)
•    MS Office proficiency, including PowerPoint, Word and Visio
