Description du poste:
L’associé, Ventes, offre un service à la clientèle efficace et amical en allant au-devant des clients pour évaluer leurs besoins et les conseiller. Il possède des connaissances approfondies sur les produits et les divers rayons et services, il fournit des renseignements sur les caractéristiques des produits et il connaît les produits connexes afin de vendre des projets entiers. Dans son rayon ou service d’affectation, il sait comment accueillir tous les clients, créer un lien avec eux et terminer les interactions par des remerciements. Il peut également offrir un service de base dans les rayons et services voisins. L’associé, Ventes, met l’accent sur le service à la clientèle, et s’engage à définir les besoins des clients et à y répondre.

Principales responsabilités:
Satisfaction de la clientèle
 Respecter le modèle Passez à l’ACTion de Home Depot en matière de service à la clientèle (accueillir le client, créer un lien et terminer par des remerciements).
 Chercher activement des clients dans l’ensemble du magasin et les accompagner vers la marchandise appropriée, peu importe le rayon ou service.
 Poser des questions ouvertes concernant les projets du client afin de déterminer son niveau d’expertise et ses besoins.
 Promouvoir les services offerts, comme les Services spéciaux, la Location, le Comptoir Pro et le Service Pro, et savoir comment les recommander.

Stimulation des ventes
 Discuter des choix offerts (bon, meilleur, le meilleur) et suggérer des articles ou des services connexes d’autres rayons ou services dont le client pourrait avoir besoin.
 Informer le client à propos du projet entier.
 Tirer parti de la politique Pouvoir d’agir si cela s’avère nécessaire pour satisfaire le client.
 Effectuer l’entretien quotidien des étagères : tous les produits doivent être étiquetés, munis des bons éléments d’affichage et propres.

Perfectionnement des compétences et des connaissances
 Maintenir une bonne connaissance de l’ensemble des produits de son rayon ou service et des rayons et services voisins.
 Chercher de façon proactive à bien connaître tous les produits et services.

Maintien de la sécurité
 Respecter toutes les politiques et procédures, y compris celles relatives à la prévention des pertes.

 Communication efficace.
 Souci de la clientèle.

 Aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles.

Supérieur immédiat ou subordonnés:
 Superviseur.

Exigences relatives aux déplacements:
 Aucune exigence relative aux déplacements.

Exigences physiques:
 Se pencher, se courber, s’étirer et se tourner; soulever, pousser, tirer et déplacer des articles.

Conditions de travail:
 Horaire variable pouvant inclure les soirs et les fins de semaine.
 L’entrepôt peut être poussiéreux et bruyant.
 Les portes sont souvent ouvertes, ce qui peut causer des courants d’air et des changements de température à l’intérieur.

Études:
 Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent.

Expérience professionnelle:
 Un ou deux ans d’expérience dans le secteur du commerce de détail ou dans un métier, un atout.
