Title: ECommerce Brand Advocate Analyst  
Position Overview:  
The Brand Advocate Program allows Home Depot’s largest supplier partners to invest in having an assigned Analyst who works with that vendor to optimize their eCommerce and interconnected experience with Home Depot Canada. 
As an eCommerce expert, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving results that will positively impact the shopping experience for our DIY and Pro customers. You’ll work directly with some of Home Depot’s largest vendor partners and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven content and business strategies.   
Key Responsibilities:  
 
Strategic Business Analyst 
You will leverage your eCommerce expertise and aptitude for data analytics to create dashboards and run reports to help your vendor(s) to make strategic data-driven decisions about their business.  

The key here is using the data to tell a clear and concise story to the vendor and to provide actionable insights. 

Skills required: Ability to turn sales metrics into insights that are easily understood by executive audiences, expertise in eCommerce and content best practices, experience with Excel and aptitude to learn other analytics tools. 

 
Account Manager 
As the dedicated point of contact for your assigned vendors, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and influencing strategic decisions.  

You will work with your vendor(s) and internal teams to prioritize eCommerce projects including new product onboarding, content enrichment, deep-dive analysis and others.  

Skills required: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, engaging presentation skills, build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, diplomatically navigate difficult conversations. 

 
Project Management 
As part of project management, you will create tickets, follow-up on project status with internal teams and occasionally help to populate forms for back-end data quality. 

Create and manage a detailed project plan and goal tracker in consultation with your vendor(s) and internal stakeholders. 

Skills required: Ability to prioritize competing projects, detail oriented and organized, self-motivated to drive results based on vendor needs and priorities.

Skills:  
Strong professional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively via charts and graphs.

Engaging storyteller with ability to navigate difficult conversations.   

Client-facing experience an asset. 

 
Aptitude for Data Analytics & eCommerce Expertise 
Understanding of key eCommerce sales metrics and content best practices. 

Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. 

A passion for Analytics and an aptitude to learn analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau and Adobe Analytics  

 
Organization and Project Management Skills 
Effectively prioritize projects with a high volume of competing requests.   

Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations without a clear roadmap.   

Direct Manager/Direct Reports:  
Reports to Brand Advocate Supervisor 

 
Travel Requirements:  
Commute to head office 5 days per week (Monday- Friday) 

Occasional visits to the GTA Home Depot stores

Toronto Store Support Center - 1 Concorde Gate, North York

Minimum Education:  
University/College degree in a related area of study, or equivalent experience  

Minimum Years of Work Experience:  
3-5 years eCommerce experience required 

Client facing experience an asset 

eCommerce expertise and online merchandising best practices 

Strong aptitude for presenting eCommerce and sales metrics  

Other Requirements/Assets:  
Experience with Looker, Tableau, Adobe Analytics an asset 

Advanced capability in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook an asset

The pay range for this position is between $55,100.00 - $62,000.00
