Position Overview:
The Senior UGC Specialist is an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the user-generated content space in the world of ecommerce. In this senior capacity, the role is required to collaborate with and communicate to internal stakeholders (merchandising, BA, etc.) and external partners (vendor community, UGC business partners, etc.). The primary objective is to execute program plans to hit UGC business targets and provide thought leadership in the execution of campaigns and initiatives. This role ensures customers receive a consistent experience, building trust through ratings and reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery & Execution (60%)
Hands-on execution of User Generated Content campaigns and initiatives
Works with cross-functional teams in order to meet deliverables
Extracts and shares business KPIs for the program
Pivots in response to challenges and observations and communicates this accordingly and urgently to stakeholders
Applies a tactical mindset to prioritize work accordingly

Minimum Education:
University/College degree in a related area of study, or equivalent experience
Minimum Years of Work Experience:
3 – 5 years of relevant ecommerce, marketing, or related experience
Minimum Leadership Experience:
Experience mentoring or supervising team members is an asset

Other Requirements/Assets:
Experience with data (Looker, Tableau, Adobe Analytics), PIM systems, CMS processes, and bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset.
The pay range for this position is between $55,100.00 - $62,000.00
